Scheduling Your Appointment
To ensure that you receive the time and day you desire, we recom- mend you schedule your next appointment before leaving the Spa.  Spa packages are best if booked 4-6 weeks in advance.

Unable to Keep Your Appointment?
We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice for  individual services and a 48-hour cancellation notice for multiple  appointments.  Less notice will result in a 50% service charge.  Missed appointments are charged in full.

Running Late?
Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service. Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time in order to relax and unwind. Service times may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals. However, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule services.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any of our service or gift certificate pricing. We are pleased to assist you with providing for gratuities if desired. Parties of 4 or more a 15% Gratuity will be added to all service tickets.

Confirmation Calls
We will give you a complimentary call reminder prior to your appointment.

Deposits
Deposits for services not purchased on gift certificates are required and can be placed on MasterCard, Visa or Discover.

Cell Phones & Pagers
We respectfully request that cell phones and pagers either be turned to vibrate mode or completely off.

Children In The Spa?
We are pleased to have children in the spa provided they are scheduled for an appointment. It is our goal to provide a quiet spa atmosphere.

Receiving Waxing Services?
No sun tanning 24-hours before or after your appointment in order to prevent injuries. Hair length should be 1/4 inch in order to be successfully waxed. For facial waxing, discontinue using Retin-A or Renova two weeks before waxing. Bikini waxing requires panties or bathing suit.

Receiving a Pedicure?
In order to avoid smudging your beautiful nail polish.

Receiving A Special Occasion Style?
Wear a button down shirt to facilitate changing clothes after your style.

What to Wear?
Clients are given a gown to wear for facials, underarm and leg waxing. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; although, undergarments may be worn if preferred.

Community Caring
Working on a fund-raiser for your favorite not-for-profit? Submit in writing your request for a service or product donation to our location. We grant requests for clients and staff when funding is available.
